Smart Projects is an experienced company with high focus on optical media technology.
It has been active in this field of expertise many years now and it was founded in 1995 by Peter Van Hove who is the CEO/CTO.
Peter Van Hove has worked many years for a major company in the optical industry as a Senior Engineer and technical advisor to the marketing and sales division, working closely together with Development, PC-OEMs (e.g. Dell, HP, ...) and ISVs (e.g. Roxio, Nero, ...). It's his technical background and expertise that led to the creation of IsoBuster, the leading CD, DVD, BD and HD DVD data recovery application as well as a renowned forensics investigations tool.
Smart Projects still works very closely together with major players in the industry. This way we can guarantee the best support for the latest technology.
