You lost your ID / Serial number or you didn't receive one automatically after purchase
You likely bought the product from Kagi or Avangate, the E-stores we work with to securely handle online financial transactions. The fastest way is to use their automated system to find your key back:
- For Kagi, use: Kagi's Order Tracking System (definitely if you bought before 2007, but still used).
- For Avangate, use: Avangate's Transaction Lookup System, or their 24/7 support. (only sales from February 2007 onward).

You bought a license but you can't enter the code
